The Owner is paying the costs of all utilities for his/her properties, maintenance of the premises and other charges including but not limited to electricity, water, sewer, gas, cable TV, internet, trash removal, and pest or termite control, as well as annual service charges reflected in owners contract with the property management.
HOST YOUR STAYS will charge the cost of repairs of the premises or damaged equipment on the premises to guests to whom the property makes available, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
The Owner may use the property for personal use, but for no more than 60 days in any Contract Year and shall not happen during public holidays or peak season and no more than 14 days in any calendar month. For certain properties terms regarding personal use can be individually negotiated.

Guests can search and book listings based on their preferences. Once a booking is confirmed, guests pay through rental portals, and the platform holds the payment until 24 hours after check-in to ensure proper satisfaction. After the stay, both parties can leave reviews, contributing to the overall reputation on the platform.
